PRTX is first and foremost a private Community peer2peer exchange established to provide access to a broader taxpayer base with transparency, liquidity and to bring greater efficiency to the investment incentives provided through Act 60.
PRTX provides navigation guidance in the credit application process through the DDEC Portal and through our Community of expert tax and legal firms.
Once a tax decree is granted, the PRTX platform enables the issuance and trading of financial tax credit instruments as an alternative to bank financing.
Actual tax credits are trade real time on PRTX with settlement through ACH payments and a flat all-in 1% process fee.
All transactions are indelibly recorded on the PRTX distributed ledger.
